2. Principle
After the detection system captures the information of unqualified products, it transmits the signal to the control system, and the system calculates the timing of the lever action based on the speed of the assembly line; When the unqualified product reaches below the lever, the control system drives the stepper motor or cylinder to rotate the lever around a fixed axis by a certain angle (usually 30 ° -90 °). During the rotation process, the lever contacts the side of the product and uses the rotational force to push the product into the removal track; After the removal is completed, the lever returns to its initial position under the action of the reset device and waits for the next action.

4. Precautions
The material of the lever should be selected according to the product characteristics. For example, when in contact with products that are prone to scratches, soft materials such as nylon and polytetrafluoroethylene can be used;
Strictly calibrate the swing timing of the lever to avoid contact with qualified products, while ensuring that the lever rotation angle is sufficient to prevent unqualified products from not being completely removed;
Regularly clean the dust and impurities on the surface of the lever to prevent the accumulation of foreign objects from affecting the accuracy of the action.
