1. Scheme Introduction
The push rod removal scheme is a contact type mechanical removal method, which drives the push rod to perform linear reciprocating motion through a cylinder or motor. When unqualified products pass through the removal station, the push rod quickly extends and pushes them out from the side or end of the production line, achieving the separation of unqualified products from qualified products. This scheme has a stable structure and controllable removal force, and is suitable for a variety of medium and light products.
2. Principle
After the detection system identifies non-conforming products, it calculates the time for the products to arrive at the rejection station based on the conveyor speed of the assembly line, and sends an action signal to the driving device (cylinder or servo motor) in advance; When the product reaches the designated position, the driving device drives the push rod to quickly extend in a direction perpendicular to the conveyor belt, pushing the product away from the conveyor belt to the removal and collection area; After the removal is completed, the push rod quickly resets and waits for the next non-conforming product signal. The entire process is precisely synchronized with the running rhythm of the assembly line.
3. Suitable products
Suitable for the vast majority of products of various weights (usually 0.1-50kg) and sizes, such as packaged food, bottled beverages, full box large bag packaging products, etc.
4. Precautions
The end of the push rod can be equipped with elastic material to avoid surface scratches or damage caused by hard collisions with the product;
Regularly check the operating status of the driving device, such as the sealing of the cylinder and the stability of the motor speed, to ensure accurate push rod action and timely response;
Adjust the extension length and movement speed of the push rod according to the product size to avoid incomplete removal or accidental contact with qualified products.
