1. Scheme Introduction
The air blowing removal scheme is a non-contact removal method that uses the instantaneous impact force of high-pressure airflow to blow off unqualified products from the assembly line to the designated collection area. This solution has fast response speed, no mechanical wear, and can minimize damage to the surface of the product, making it the preferred solution for removing light and small products. But if the product is fragile or packed in an open container, it is recommended to use other milder removal methods.
2. Principle
After the detection system confirms the non-conforming product, it immediately sends a signal to the electromagnetic directional valve. The valve quickly switches to connect the high-pressure gas source with the nozzle. When the product reaches the preset position, the nozzle sprays high-speed airflow, and the thrust generated by the airflow on the product is greater than the friction between the product and the conveyor belt, thus accurately blowing the product into the removal channel or collection box; After removal, reset the valve, cut off the gas source, and wait for the next command.
3. Suitable products
Suitable for products with light weight, small size, and simple structure, such as biscuits, candies, and nuts in the food industry, capsules and pills in the pharmaceutical industry, resistors and capacitors in the electronics industry, and small packaging shampoo and soap in the daily chemical industry.
4. Precautions
Suitable air source pressure and nozzle model should be matched according to the weight and size of the product to avoid damage to the product due to excessive pressure or inability to complete removal due to insufficient pressure;
Regularly check whether the nozzle is blocked and whether the air source contains moisture to prevent affecting the removal accuracy or causing the product to become damp;
Reasonably plan the location of exclusion areas and collection devices to avoid splashing or scattering of non-conforming products.
