1. Scheme Introduction
The flipping plate removal scheme adopts a flipping plate structure that swings up and down. By changing the angle of the flipping plate, the product conveying path is quickly changed, so that unqualified products fall into the removal area smoothly, while qualified products move smoothly along the original conveying direction. This solution is agile in action, especially suitable for products that have been processed in bulk or loose materials, and can efficiently remove non-conforming products under high-speed inspection.
2. Principle
Remove the flipping plate at the workstation and swing it up and down with the axis perpendicular to the conveyor belt as the center. In the initial state, the flipping plate is level with the plane of the conveyor belt to ensure smooth passage of products; When the detection system identifies non-conforming products, the control system accurately triggers the flipping plate drive mechanism based on the real-time position of the product and the speed of the assembly line. The flipping plate swings downward around the axis to form an inclined channel, and the non-conforming products slide into the lower removal and collection device under their own inertia and flipping plate guidance; After the unqualified products completely detach from the main conveyor belt, the flipping plate should be quickly reset upward to its initial position to avoid affecting the subsequent transportation of qualified products.

4. Precautions
Adjust the size and rotation angle of the flipper according to the width and height of the product to ensure that the removal channel can smoothly accommodate non-conforming products;
Regularly inspect the rotating shaft and drive mechanism of the flipper, add lubricating oil to avoid jamming or wear, and ensure smooth operation.
