1. Scheme Introduction
Alarm shutdown is an auxiliary elimination scheme with "safety warning+production interruption" as its core. When the detection system identifies non-conforming products, the equipment immediately triggers an audible and visual alarm signal, and controls the production line to suspend operation. The operator manually confirms, sorts, and processes the non-conforming products, which is suitable for scenarios where product quality is extremely high and no non-conforming products are allowed to circulate.
2. Principle
After the detection equipment detects product defect information, the signal is transmitted to the central control system, which synchronously triggers two instructions: one is to activate the sound and light alarm light (red warning light flashing, buzzer sounding, etc.), and the other is to send a stop signal to the assembly line drive device to stop the conveyor belt from running; The pipeline can only resume normal operation after the operator has completed processing and issued a reset command.
3. Suitable products
Almost applicable to all products passing through the conveyor line, high-value and high-precision products are also suitable. Suitable for use in slow and non elimination production scenarios.
4. Precautions
Reasonable alarm sensitivity should be set to avoid frequent shutdowns caused by detection errors, which may affect production efficiency;
Clear operation signs should be set up next to the shutdown position of the assembly line to clarify the handling process of operators and shorten the shutdown time;
Suggest pairing with an emergency reset button and providing professional training to operators to ensure they can quickly respond to alarm messages.
